edentata NEWSLETTER

Edentata, the journal and newsletter of the IUCN SSC Anteater, Sloth and Armadillo Specialist Group, was published from 1994–2022. Because Edentata is a taxonomically incorrect name for anteaters, sloths and armadillos, in 2022 we decided to change the name of our journal to Xenarthra. The scope and aims of our journal remain the same, but the format slightly changed; it is now an electronic journal that publishes all articles in their final version, with their corresponding DOIs, as soon as they have been accepted for publication.
